We can work with you In-Person, Long distance, or on a hybrid basis.  

This hybrid option can shorten the time required to complete your custom made garment significantly.    

 As we can usually have your first toile fitting garment ready for you at the time of our first meeting. 

Our Custom Made Process:

The Bespoke Process in a nutshell...

1) Consultation

We meet with you in-person, or virtually to discuss your project and take a little time to get to know your style preferences and lifestyle needs, so that we may bring your vision to life.

2) Patternmaking

Once your measurements are received we begin drafting your personal patterns. Through a series of fittings your pattern is refined and perfected. Nothing is left to chance.

3) Fittings

A bespoke leather jacket usually requires 2 muslin fittings to make sure the fit, proportions & details are perfectly suited to your body and movement. Once the fit is perfect your final pattern is created.

4) Cutting

The finalized pattern is carefully hand-cut in the leather of your choice. All interior construction, lining and detailing elements are cut and prepared for the construction steps.

5) Construction

Once all the pieces are cut, prepped and marked, construction begins. Each jacket is built by a single pair of hands. In this way we can insure that not a single step is overlooked.

6) Finishing

Each leather jacket requires different finishing according to the design, the skins chosen and the specific details. This process is unique to each & every piece we make to ensure every detail is perfect.
The Bespoke Process can take anywhere from 2  to 6 months. The biggest time variable is coordinating fittings.
