Web Shop Purchase, Returns/Exchanges & Credit Policy:

Because everything in out shop is individually Made-to-Order, we can only accept returns for exchange or credit only, on standard sized garments in currently offered standard colors.  Items customized in any way are Final Sale.  This includes any length and hem variations offered on pants.

If you have fit inquiries on our standard MTO sizes please double check your measurements with the measurement charts provided and then contact us if you would like to request a fit customization or have any additional questions or concerns (Phone availability is between 12n & 7PM EST.)  We are happy to guide you.

Custom-Made Items, Limited Edition leathers, Stretch Mesh Items, Exotics and all Sale Items are Final Sale.
This includes ALL items cut with any adjustment for size, length, leather or color, including Pants cut & hemmed to your specification.

Rush Orders: Are accepted as our schedule permits. Surcharges of 15-50% will be applied according to the project/time frame.

Shipment Times: Unless otherwise specified in the product’s description most MTO items can be expected to ship within 1-4 weeks of purchase.

Repairs and Alterations:
We are happy to repair or alter our own items over the course of their life time. The First year, repairs and alterations are free, customer pays only shipping & any additional material costs if necessary.  We are not responsible for hardware/button loss or failure, damage due to surface staining,  dry-cleaning, or mistreatment of garment.  Please note that leather garments can only be successfully taken in or made smaller within 2 sizes.  Leather garments cannot be let out or made larger.

Payments:
Credit Cards are processed via PayPal on the site and your credit card is charged when you place your order.

Back Orders:
We will inform you within 3 business days if any item cannot be fulfilled within time frame specified for that item on the site.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Policy:
Our Online Shop ships only to limited countries at this time. If you cannot place an order via the site please contact us.

All orders are shipped via tracked and/or insured USPS Methods.

If You Need to Return a MTO Item that has had no customizations:
Your item must be in its original unused, unworn and unaltered condition to be returned, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. We are not responsible for failure of any hardware or buttons. (See Repairs Below) Returns are accepted for exchange or credit only.

Item must be mailed back within 10 days of purchase.

No Return will be accepted without an Return Authorization.

2. Returned Items must be shipped via a tracked and/or insured method.

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, and if you prefer an Exchange or Credit.

Store Credit for will be sent to you in your choice of a either a physical gift certificate or emailed to you with coupon code that can be used in the web shop or in-person.  It is the customers responsibility to protect this code.
